Barry Bard Wake Saturday, Oct 22, 2005 Room 2038 at the Tempe Mission Palms, Tempe, Arizona 85281 Leprecon Inc. announces the Barry Bard Wake, Saturday October 22, 2005, at Tempe Mission Palms Hotel, 60 East Fifth Street, Tempe, AZ, suite #2038. It will begin late afternoon (5 pm) and run until whenever. Anyone wanting to show up earlier is welcome to help set up and organize the event. Everyone is encouraged to bring a potluck dish to share or something special to drink. Barry Bard was a past Chairman of LepreCon and an old time Phoenix fan. Most recently he coordinated the freebie tables and ran Barry's Movie Previews where he gave out lots and lots of posters, books and other items sent as promotional material by Hollywood movie studios, etc. For more information or to coordinate the food/drink (so we can avoid 12 bags of chips and 6 bowls of potato salad) please contact Mike Willmoth, mwillmoth@earthlink.net, 480-945-6890. For those not familiar with Tempe Mission Palms, parking is available on the west side of the hotel along Mill Ave. as well as northwest of the hotel, north along the outer edge and east along the outer edge of the property. Valet parking is free to hotel guests, which we may qualify for. Parking along the west side is limited by the city of Tempe, but the other parking areas are unlimited. Most other parking in the downtown area is not free until 6pm, so plan accordingly. Leprecon, Inc. would like to thank the following people who have donated towards the wake: Gary Swaty Bob & Lori LaPierre J.B.
