LepreCon 46 starts each day early and finishes late with evening programming, featured events and room parties. Room parties are a great way to socialize at the end of the day. All room parties (open or closed) must be pre-registered with our Party Liaison by March 1, 2020. All open parties will be held in our party block at the hotel. If you're interested in hosting a room party, please let us know as soon as possible through the form below. Some basic rules: 1. Open door room parties *must* be located within the party block of the hotel. These are suites that cost $TBD per night. 2. All room parties (open or closed) must be pre-registered with the LepreCon 46 Party Liaison (46parties@leprecon.org) by March 1, 2020. 3. There are a limited number of rooms in the party block for open parties. These rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis. 4. If alcohol is present and/or being served, the room owner and party sponsor will be held directly responsible for ensuring that all party attendees imbibing are of legal drinking age. 5. Noise levels must be maintained within reasonable levels (we would prefer to avoid complaints). 6. All attendees must comply with all hotel policies. If a party attendee violates a policy, the individual whose name is on the room registration will be charged any applicable fines and fees. Party rooms are limited and will be assigned by the convention. Make a room reservation with the hotel, then e-mail our Party Liaison so that the convention can overlay your confirmation number onto a room in the party area. |
