Fan Tables
If you are interested in reserving a fan table (6’ with two chairs) to promote
your convention, event or group, then please contact our Hotel Liaison, Mike
Willmoth, using the information on page 2. Fan tables are reserved
for non-profit groups and not-for-profit groups while for-profit groups should
contact our Dealers Room Coordinator for renting a table. Due to public
space limitations we will have to limit the number of tables which may cause
some groups to receive a half table instead of a whole table. If you cannot
function without a full table, then please let us know since tables are on
a first-come / first-served basis. Setup starts Thursday May 4 around
1:00 p.m. (when we take possession of the function space) and teardown starts
Sunday May 7 around 5:00 p.m.
